Why are the college coaches wearing tennis shoes today?

Coaches vs. Cancer weekend. College (and high school) coaches are invited to wear sneakers to show support for cancer research to get rid of the terrible disease.

Reply:probably so the dont scuff up the floor with dress shoes and probably cause they are on their feet mostly for the 2 or so hours the game is

Reply:they are allowed to get free shoes and money by endorsing the shoe company, when the players are not allowed to do so for money, they give them to the coaches and they have to wear the product
