My new Nike Vapor IV tennis shoes are causing arch pain. Will inserts fix this or should I buy new shoes?
medical ones casted by an orthepidic surgon will help immensly( i have a pair), but the ones you buy at the store wont do much. unless you have that flat footed thing, just go get a different pair.( if you do have that foot thing, get the inserts, they help alot, and you can put them in different shoes)

Reply:I would not buy nike tennis shoes. the only tennis shoes I would buy would be K-swiss, adidas, or babolat. these brands are the most supportive.
