Brand new, white, and comfortable.
Would you wear tennis shoes under your wedding dress?
YES! I wore some funky blue socks with the toes under my wedding dress. Nobody knew about it until my husband took my garter off...it was hilarious.
I was maid of honor at my friends wedding and I had white high top converse shoes died to match my dress.
Reply:Hey, if they're white, go for it! Just be sure to take special care of the shoes before the wedding--no scuffs, no scratches, just in mint condition.
Reply:yes have you ever seen that movie.... what's it called? father of the bride? she wore tennis shoes...
i would tennis shoes
Reply:If you intend to do some running / jilting at the altar (like Runaway Bride) - it will seem like the perfect choice! LOL! I was just kidding...
Honestly, if nobody would catch you - why worry right? But go with the high-heels though, it would seem more formal and proper.
Reply:I wouldn't but a girl in at my graduation wore running shoes with a nice poofy dress ( she's like sporty spice)...
Reply:Hell yeah, don't be so serious people. If you can't see them, who cares, be comfortable. People are so rigid.
Reply:Yes it is your wedding and if your future husband is fine with it wear what you want and will be comfortable in
Reply:yes
Reply:why not? lol
besides, you wouldn't ask if you don't want
Reply:Absolutely! Who is going to see them anyways?? And you could set a new trend, who knows!! I say go for it!
Reply:absolutely would wear tennis shoes under my wedding dress. if that is what you want to wear and is comfortable to you, then go for it. who cares what people think! have a lot of fun on your wedding day and have fun wearing those tennis shoes. that sounds like fun.make the wedding what you want it to be, it doesn't have to be formal. it is your day, have a blast on your day.

Reply:Yes! If he doesn't show up I'll be running fast and hard to his house to kick some but!
Reply:yes in case i need to run for my life!!!(like the dixie chicks)
Reply:Why not? It's your day, and you'll be standing for hours. I'm guessing the dress in full length. Who is going to know? Do what you want.

Reply:Try cowboy boots if you're texan...
Reply:DO YOU GIRLFRIEND! IT IS YOUR DAY. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO BAREFOOT BECAUSE AGAIN, IT IS YOUR DAY!
Reply:only if you're planning a quick get away. I would have but my mother wouldn't have let me.
Reply:Well look at it this way, your wedding day is long and your on your feet all day. So yes to save my feet I would because most of the dresses are long enough to cover your feet any way. So if your ok with it, and who really care what other people think. It is going to be your feet that will thank you.
Reply:Maybe not for the ceremony, but at the reception, why not. I've seen brides wear fuzzy slippers. You certainly would be more comfortable and who wants sore feet on her day?
Reply:Yes. It's your wedding, wear what you want to wear.
Reply:no, people might see them and say something. A Little bit of uncomfortableness won't hurt you. Go for a pair of low heel or flat dress shoes. You do not need to wear high heels but you should wear something dressy. At least during the ceramony and then during the reception you can wear other shoes that are more comfortable. congrats on your wedding!

Reply:Maybe glue some rhinestones all over them to dress them up. I wore white flip flops with sequins on them. Nobody cared and I was comfortable. That's what matters.
Reply:Would you let your fiance' wear brand new Black tennies with his suit? There enlies your answer.
Reply:That is hilarious - if you want - looks like you love them shoes!
Reply:I would either jazz them up with lace laces and sequins or I would do the same to flip flops. personally I am a flip flops girl myself.
Reply:It is your day do what you want. I wore flip flops nobody saw them.
Reply:probably dont!! wedding is a formal occassion. just wear sandals, depends on your motiff. you can wear tennis shoes after the ceremony and reception if you like...
Reply:No.
